To help insure a more timely response from your volunteer board or Property Manager, please address your comments/questions as follows:
- If the question/comment would be of general interest to other residents, send an E-mail to all registered residents (click on the "News" button on the left of this page for more information). You could see a reply from other residents, a board member, or the Property Manager. For example, "Does anyone know when the pool is scheduled to open?"
- If the question/comment is not of general interest and a board member has a topic that relates to your question (see below), E-mail that board member. That board member will reply to you and copy the board and Property Manager.
- Otherwise, E-mail the Property Manager. The Property Manager will reply and copy the board.
