Swanton Hill is a
covenanted community. This means that unit owners and
occupants agree to abide by specific rules and regulations
to safeguard the comfort and enjoyment of all community
members.

Community covenants are not
intended to infringe on the rights of anyone or to place
arbitrary restrictions on the actions or lifestyles of any
resident. They are intended to protect the rights of all
residents as a community. Noncompliance with or any
violation(s) of the community policies by a resident or
occupant will be grounds for fines established by the Board
of Directors.
Community documents include the Bylaws of the Swanton Hill
Homeowners Association, Inc., Declaration amendments, and
the community rules and regulations. Please consult these
documents for a detailed explanation of community policies
along with additional information that pertains to your
residency here at Swanton Hill.
