General Information

Swanton Hill is a covenanted community. This means that unit owners and occupants agree to abide by specific rules and regulations to safeguard the comfort and enjoyment of all community members. The following pages contain brief explanations of the community covenants. Community covenants are not intended to infringe on the rights of anyone or to place arbitrary restrictions on the actions or lifestyles of any resident. They are intended to protect the rights of all residents as a community. Noncompliance with or any violation(s) of the community policies by a resident or occupant will be grounds for fines established by the Board of Directors.
