Approval Required for Changes

To preserve the architectural appearance, to maintain the value of the Development, and to ensure the overall aesthetic coordination of the Development, no alterations to the exterior of any dwelling or other structure on a lot are permitted without prior written approval of the Board of Directors. Alterations include but are not limited to type of paint (only exterior, flat paint permitted), paint color, siding, trim, light fixtures, and all other hardware permanently affixed to the dwelling.
No awning, shades, screens, air conditioners, or fans shall be attached to, hung, or used on the exterior of any window or door of any dwelling or structure or on the exterior of any such structure without prior written approval of the Board of Directors.
No fence or wall can be erected to enclose any patio of any lot. Patio fences are the property and responsibility of the homeowner, and must be maintained in good repair. The appearance of the exterior of patio fences is governed by the same restrictions as the unit exterior.
