Automobiles and Other Vehicles
|
No car, truck,
motorcycle or other motorized vehicle shall be
parked or stored upon any portion of the common area
, except in the parking spaces or areas provided for
the parking of vehicles. |

No camper,
truck, mobile home, motor home, boat, truck (other
than a pick-up truck), truck camper, van with
plumbing or kitchen facilities, camper trailer, boat
trailer or other trailer designed to be towed by a
motorized vehicle shall be parked or stored upon any
portion of the Development, other than any area
designated for such vehicles. Should no space be
provided for such vehicles, storage must be obtained
outside the Development on an individual basis. |

No car, truck,
motorcycle, or other motorized vehicle shall be
operated upon any portion of the Development except
the paved drives and parking areas provided
therefore, and no car, truck, motorcycle or other
motorized vehicle shall be operated upon any portion
of the Development unless such vehicle is properly
equipped and licensed for operation on the public
streets and highways of the State of Georgia. |

No modification
to vehicles which may be detrimental to the peace,
quiet, or aesthetic enjoyment of other owners will
be allowed, including but not limited to muffler or
engine alterations or modification. All vehicles
operated or parked in the Development must be
maintained, repaired, and operated so as to preserve
the peace and quiet of other owners. Motorcycles,
go-carts and all similar vehicles shall be operated
only for the purpose of entering and exiting from
the Development. |

Bicycles or
other wheeled vehicles or toys shall be operated on
paved areas of the Development only. |
|
No repairs or
service to any vehicle shall be undertaken on any
portion of the Development, except such emergency
repairs as are necessary to permit the removal of
such vehicle to another location for repairs or
service. |
|
The pursuit of
hobbies or other activities, including specifically,
without limiting the generality of the foregoing,
the assembly or disassembly of motor vehicles and
other mechanical devices, which might tend to cause
disorderly, unsightly or unkempt conditions, shall
not be pursued or undertaken on any portion of the
common area of the Development. |
