Use
of Pool and Tennis Courts
|
No glass
containers shall be brought into or used in the
immediate vicinity of the swimming pool or tennis
courts of the Development. No person shall enter the
tennis courts without proper footwear, and no use of
bicycles, roller skates, or other wheeled vehicles
shall be allowed on the tennis courts. |

No child less
than twelve (12) years of age shall be permitted to
use the swimming pool of the Development except
under the immediate supervision of a responsible
individual at least eighteen (18) years of age. |

No more than
two (2) guests may be invited or permitted by the
residents of a single lot to use the tennis courts
or the swimming pool at one time unless prior
permission is obtained from a member of the
committee appointed by the Board of Directors to
supervise such facilities, or if no committee has
been appointed, from a member of the Board of
Directors. All guests must be accompanied by a
resident of the Development while using such
facilities, except for temporary house guests, in
which case a member of such committee, or in the
absence thereof, the Board of Directors, should
receive prior notification. All other persons will
be requested to leave the facilities. Individual
pool and court rules are as posted in the pool or
court areas. In the event that a lot is leased to a
tenant with rights to use the recreational
facilities of the Development, the owner of such lot
shall not have the right to use such facilities
unless accompanied by the resident of the
Development. |
