Signs
 
Any “for sale” or “for lease” sign advertising a lot for sale or for lease shall be limited to eighteen (18) inches by twenty-four (24) inches; such sign may be placed only in the inside of a window of the dwelling for such Lot, and no more than one such sign shall be used with respect to any such lot.
