Use
of Common Area
|
The use and
enjoyment of the common area by lot owners and
occupants shall be subject to such reasonable rules
and regulations of the Association as may be made
and amended from time to time. There shall be no
obstruction of the common areas, nor shall anything
be kept, parked, or stored on any part of the common
area without the prior written consent of the Board
of Directors. |

No personal
property, including play or lawn equipment, other
than vehicles properly parked in parking spaces or
an area designated therefore, shall be stored or
left unattended on any portion of the common area of
the Development. |
|
No open fires
shall be ignited or maintained on any portion of the
common area of the Development except fires for the
purpose of cooking, confined in a metal or ceramic
container designed therefore. |
