Nuisances

No nuisance
shall be permitted to exist or be operated upon any
portion of the property so as to be offensive or
detrimental to persons using or occupying other
portions of the property. |

No rubbish or
debris of any kind shall be dumped, placed or
permitted to accumulate upon any portion of the
property. |
|
No exterior
speakers, horns, whistles, bells or sound devices
shall be located, used or placed on the Development,
except security devices and sprinkler system
alarms, which shall be subject to the
reasonable control of the Board of Directors. |
