Prohibited Activities

Noxious or offensive activities shall not be carried on in any part of the property. Each owner and occupant of a lot shall refrain from any act or use of such lot or dwelling thereon or the common area which could reasonably cause embarrassment, discomfort, annoyance or nuisance to the occupants of the lots, or which could result in the cancellation of insurance on any portion of the property, or which would be in violation of any law or governmental code or regulation.
