Windmills,
solar panels, basketball hoops and outside
clotheslines or other outside facilities for drying
or airing clothes are specifically prohibited and
shall not be erected, placed or maintained on any
portion of the property, nor shall any clothing,
rugs, or any other item be hung on any railing,
fence, or shrubbery. |

All shades,
drapery linings and other treatments on any window
or door visible from the exterior of a dwelling in
the Development shall be white or off-white. |
