No animals or
birds shall be permitted in the Development, except
that a reasonable number of animals or birds which
are household pets may be kept by an owner or
occupant of a lot. Such pets may be kept and
maintained solely as domestic pets and not for
commercial purposes. No pet shall be permitted to
leave its droppings on any portion of the
Development, and the owner of such pet shall
immediately remove the same. |

No pet shall be
allowed to make an unreasonable amount of noise or
to become a nuisance. |

No structure
for the care, housing or confinement of any pet
shall be constructed or maintained on any part of
the common area of the Development, and no such
structure shall be constructed or maintained on any
patio of a dwelling unless the same shall be
approved in advance in writing by the Board of
Directors. |

Pets shall be
under leash when walked or exercised in any portion
of the common area of the Development. |
|
No pet shall be
staked out of doors. No pet shall be left on the
patio of a dwelling while the owner of the pet is
away. |
