The Swanton Hill pool is open to all adult residents and their accompanied children. The pool is open 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., typically from the first Friday on or after May 15 through the last Sunday in September.

The Swanton Hill tennis/pickleball court was redesigned and resurfaced in 2020. It is available for residents and guests year round, seven days a week, 8AM to 10PM.

Our organic community garden offers residents a beautiful place to grow their own vegetables and colorful flowers. The neighborhood garden club also hosts monthly social gatherings during the growing season for all residents.

Families picnic and kids play on Swanton Hill's new village green. It's actually one of several common areas available to all residents and their guests.
