Parking areas: Each unit has two parking spaces: one in the garage, the other in the unit’s driveway. No car, truck, motorcycle, or other motorized vehicle should be parked or stored on any portion of the common area except in parking spaces or areas provided for the parking of vehicles.
Prohibited vehicles: No camper, truck, mobile home, motor home, boat, truck (other than a pickup truck), truck camper, van with plumbing or kitchen facilities, camper trailer, boat trailer, or other trailer designed to be towed by a motorized vehicle shall be parked or stored on any portion of the neighborhood.
Proper licensing: No car, truck, motorcycle, or other motorized vehicle shall be operated on any portion of the neighborhood except the paved drives and parking areas provided. Each vehicle used must be properly equipped and licensed for operation as it would be on any other public street and/or highway in Georgia. No inoperable or unlicensed vehicles or vehicles on blocks shall be permitted on any portion of the property (from Declaration 3.10).
Peace and quiet: No modifications of vehicles that may be detrimental to the peace, quiet, or aesthetic enjoyment of other owners will be allowed, including muffler or engine alteration. All vehicles operated or parked in the neighborhood must be maintained, repaired, and operated so as to preserve the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. Motorcycles, scooters, and all similar vehicles shall be operated only for the purpose of entering or exiting the neighborhood.
Bicycles: Bicycles or other wheeled vehicles or toys shall be operated on paved areas of the neighborhood only.
Garage doors: Garage doors shall be operational at all times and shall be kept closed except for entrance to and exit from a garage.
