Below is a list of Swanton Hill Board approved exterior paints (color, sheen,...).Â
Paint color images below are approximate due to differences in cameras, displays, and printers.
Click on the link below a sample color to see the paint's specification.
There are additional Board paint restrictions, so be sure to have your plan approved prior to any painting. For example, the Board requires adjacent units to match.
Fences, if painted, are to use the Straw Color paint specification defined below. See Fences for unpainted fence rules.
If you would like to add your Board newly approved exterior paint here, please take a picture of the formula on the paint can and attach (not inline) it to an email to SwantonHillWS@gmail.com. In the subject line include the words "New paint color", and in the email body include your name and address. As a bonus, you can also attach a photo of your siding with the new color.
Commonly used Straw Color. All units on: Swanton Hill Court, Woodbury Pl, Peavine Creek Court, Tanyard Creek Court, and Mary Gay Court. In addition to some remaining units and all fences that are painted (as opposed to unpainted or stained).
