Rules:
No glass: No glass containers may be brought into or used in the immediate vicinity of the court.
Tennis shoes required: No person may enter the court without proper footwear.
Tennis and pickleball only: Bicycles, roller skates, and other wheeled vehicles are not allowed on the court. No pets may be exercised on the court.
Food: No food, alcoholic beverages, or smoking is permitted in the court area.
Guests: All guests must be accompanied by a resident of the neighborhood while using the court.
Liability: Use the court at your own risk. The Property Owners Association is not responsible for any accidents or injuries while using this facility.
Reservation: The tennis/pickleball court is for Swanton Hill and Rosewalk residents and their guests only. Instructions to reserve time on the court are occasionally emailed.
