Residential purposes: The property is restricted exclusively to residential use.
Use of common area: There shall be no obstruction of the common area, nor shall anything be kept, parked or stored on any part of the common area without the prior written consent of the Association Board of Directors.
No repairs to vehicles: No repairs or service to any vehicle shall be done in any portion of the neighborhood, except such emergency repairs as are necessary to permit the removal of the vehicle to another location for service and repairs.
Personal property in common area: No personal property, including play or lawn equipment, other than vehicles properly parked in designated parking spaces, shall be stored or left unattended on any portion of the common area of the neighborhood.
Interior improvements: A lot owner may make improvements and alterations within the dwelling on his or her lot, provided that none of these changes might jeopardize or impair the safety, soundness or structural integrity of any structure or support of a structure. No owner shall impair any easement without first obtaining written consent of the Board of Directors.
