Garage doors must be similar throughout Swanton Hill. 

• Style:  Garage doors must be 16 panel (4 wide by 4 high) as below. Be sure to have yours approved by the board prior to ordering and installing.

• Paint color: either matches the unit's siding or white trim (click Paint Colors for Swanton Hill Board approved colors). And, is consistent with that of the neighbors.
