Window structure:Â windows in Swanton Hill have 2 standard muntin/grill configurations.
For larger windows, top and bottom each have 6 muntins: 3 wide by 2 high.
For larger windows, top and bottom each have 6 muntins: 3 wide by 2 high.
For smaller narrower windows, top and bottom each have 4 muntins: 2 wide by 2 high
For smaller narrower windows, top and bottom each have 4 muntins: 2 wide by 2 high
Window treatments: To provide a neat, attractive and harmonious appearance throughout the neighborhood, no awnings, shades, screens, or other item shall be attached to, hung from, or used on the exterior of any window or door of any dwelling or structure without written approval by the Board of Directors. Except for winter holidays, no colored lights, foil or other reflective material visible from the exterior of any structure on a lot shall be used. All shades, drapery linings, shutters, blinds, and other window treatments visible from the exterior of any window or door of any structure on a lot shall be white or off-white. No window air conditioning units are allowed.
