Association documents: The Property Owners Association Governing Documents consist of the Declaration of Covenants, By-laws, and Rules and Regulations. Maintenance by unit owners: It is the responsibility of each owner of a lot to repair, replace, and maintain all portions of his or her property in a good and attractive condition, including the dwelling, patio and/or deck, siding, roof, front door stairs (if present), and other structures located on the lot.
Maintenance by the Property Owners Assocation: The Property Owners Association is responsibile for the repair and maintenance of the common areas as well as the maintenance and replacement of landscaping on the grounds. The Association is not responsible for replacing any landscaping or plantings installed by homeowners or previous occupants.
